Wellness Club by Greenfield

Built on a 3,744 sqm area, the largest build area with such a function in a Romanian residential compound and dedicated exclusively to its residents, Wellness Club by Greenfield includes fitness and spa areas. Extended on two levels, with both indoor and outdoor functions, this space creates a warm setup, that harmoniously combines sports, wellness and entertainment services, in order to satisfy a large range of necessities.

We constantly promote practicing sports at mass level, especially for children, with the purpose of encouraging young generation to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We want to increase awareness on the benefits of sports, both physical and emotional, in a fun way, and to instil in them through sport the acquisition of important values such as perseverance, discipline and the desire to overcome any difficulty.

As an integral part of the “Home Wellbeing” concept in the GREENFIELD neighbourhood, the Wellness Club comes to harmoniously and necessarily complement the sports activities that residents can do in nature, in Băneasa Forest, and will offer them the opportunity to exercise at any time, regardless of the weather outside.

Greenfield Plaza

Greenfield PLAZA brings a complete shopping experience, offering close to home a variety of services that meet as many needs as possible of a community which already has over 6,700 inhabitants: Mega Image supermarket, pet shop, beauty parlour, cafe, bakery, restaurant, children’s shop, medical optics, laundry, pharmacy, GSM accessories, children’s playground.

Wherever you live in the neighbourhood, all these amenities are within easy walking distance. You don’t waste precious time stuck in traffic, and the walk itself to the community center helps you reduce stress and warm up before the sports activities you want to do. By not having to take the car out, you don’t pollute anymore and you don’t spend so much money on gas. Teișani Park

Located at the entrance to the community center of GREENFIELD Băneasa, Teișani Park covers an area of 3,500 sqm and is the second private park developed by IMPACT Developer & Contractor in the compound, after opening the Platanilor Park, with a 6,000 sqm area, in 2018. Both parks, intended exclusively for residents, complement the already existing proximity playgrounds, promenades and green spaces.

School

The school will be able to learn two series of 390 children in 13 classrooms, 5 laboratories (chemistry, biology, physics, computer science, foreign languages), two workshops (music and arts), 1 after-school room, 1 library, a gym + locker rooms, a multifunctional foyer, a speech therapy office, a pedagogical counselling office, a medical office + isolator, a buffet space + food office, a school shop, a covered inner courtyard, an outdoor sports field, a partially covered recreation yard, a maintenance workshop, bicycle parking platforms, various technical and administrative spaces.

Kindergarten

The kindergarten and the state school will be built on an area of 9,620 sqm of land that Impact Developer & Contractor donated to the City Hall. More than 1,000 children in District 1, Greenfield and the surrounding area, will be able to benefit from the new facility. Together with the project for the construction of the school and kindergarten, the value of the donation amounts to approximately 1.75 million euros.

The kindergarten will be able to receive 150 children in 15 classrooms to which is added a multifunctional room, an event room, a medical office + isolator, a food office, administrative spaces, technical spaces, gardens and a covered playground.

About the Community Center

Located in the northern part of the neighbourhood, right near Băneasa Forest, the Greenfield Community Center covers an impressive area of 32,071 square meters. The development of the community center, the largest in a private residential compound, brings to the residents of GREENFIELD Băneasa a new standard of comfort by including all the functionalities necessary for a large community: commercial and service area, fitness and spa center, public school and public kindergarten, promenade and recreation areas, public transport, church, ISU point. This area will become the focal point of a young community for which a healthy lifestyle is not only a basic principle, but also a source of confidence, socialization, and relaxation.

GREENFIELD Băneasa sales office

The headquarters of IMPACT, the project’s developer, is also located in the Community center area. The sales office dedicated to GREENFIELD Băneasa compound is located at the ground floor of the building. Here you can find a dedicated consultant, available to help you with information about the GREENFIELD housing concept, product and apartment details, but also with financing or furnishing your future home.

Due to high demand and to avoid long waiting periods, all viewings are by appointment.

Additional access routes

Along with the donation of the land for the school and kindergarten, additional access roads to the area were not neglected. They are already in the final phase of documentation approval, and once completed they will be released free of charge into the public domain.

Also, near the school and kindergarten, an STB terminal, a church, various other public functions, and an ISU subunit to serve the entire northern area of the Capital City will be built on two plots of land, made available to the municipality free of charge by Impact Developer & Contractor.

The STB terminal is completed and operating for two public transport lines. Line 204 connects GREENFIELD and Straulesti subway station, and line 203 connects GREENFIELD and Piata Presei.
