GREENFIELD Băneasa: Favorable court decision. Project is developing in full compliance with the law

IMPACT Developer & Contractor, the developer of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project, obtained a favorable court decision in Case no. 4122/3/2022, which concerned the legality of certain urban planning documents and building permits related to this project. 

What did the process presume? 

The process was initiated by the Eco Civica Foundation and three individuals who are not residents of GREENFIELD Băneasa. and without any connection to the complex, the sole reason being to attack the developer. They requested the annulment of the Zonal Urbanistic Plan approved by HCGMB 705/18.12.2019, the annulment of construction permits no. 434/35/P/2020 and 435/36/P/2020, as well as the demolition of some already executed works. The entire development was not targeted, but only the last buildings erected. 

What did the court decide? 

On August 6, 2025, The court dismissed the action as unfounded, confirming the legality of the urban planning documents and the constructions carried out in GREENFIELD Băneasa. The contested documents am valid and in full effect, without any definitive decision of suspension or cancellation. 

What does this mean for the purchaseplowmen GREENFIELD? 

This decision reconfirms that the project's development was carried out in accordance with current legislation, respecting urban planning standards and all legal regulations. 

The authorized constructions, subject of the lawsuit, have already been completed, accepted by the authorities, and registered in the land registry. In October 2024, IMPACT delivered 732 apartments from the fourth phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project.
