Meet Scarlet: The good life in Greenfield, told by a cat with personality 

We have a new story to tell and a narrator who is as unexpected as they are charming. Starting June 18th, we have launched the campaign „Scarlet, good life in Greenfield”, a new communication direction through which we invite you to discover our neighborhood as it is seen from the inside, with warmth and authenticity. 

Until now, we've talked about Greenfield mostly through concrete things: apartments, amenities, prices. This time, we wanted to take a step back and show something harder to quantify, but just as important: what everyday life feels like in a neighborhood like ours. And for that, we needed someone to live it and tell us about it. 

Who is Scarlet 

Scarlet is a cat who has become the resident with personality of the Greenfield neighborhood. Attentive, curious, and with high standards, she observes everything: the quiet mornings, the children playing safely, the neighbors taking time for a friendly chat, the green alleys she strolls through unhurriedly. In her characteristic tone, Scarlet shows us Greenfield as a vibrant, safe, peaceful place, friendly to families, children, and, of course, pets. 

Why a story, and not an advertisement 

I chose this approach because a character with their own voice communicates something that a regular commercial message cannot: credibility and emotion. People ignore ads, but they remember a good story. Scarlet doesn't sell apartments, but rather lets us glimpse the life behind them, exactly as they see it. A resident who loves their neighborhood. 

Five episodes, five faces of the neighborhood. 

The campaign is structured as a five-episode mini-series, each dedicated to one pillar of life in Greenfield. Here's what Scarlet has in store for you: 

Episode 1, The neighborhood universe and family life. The first episode, already available, opens the door for you to Greenfield community and to the warm rhythm of family life here. 

Episode 2, Closeness to nature. About the green spaces, tranquility, and clean air near Băneasa Forest, a rare luxury on the edge of a large city. 

Episode 3, Greenfield Wellness Club. The place where movement, relaxation, and self-care are part of residents' daily routine. 

Episode 4, Quality of housing and finishes. Attention to detail, seen through Scarlet's discerning eyes, for whom nothing goes unnoticed. 

Episode 5, The 15-Minute City Concept. Everything you need, from shopping to school and services, just a few steps from home.
