Three additional access routes to the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood

With the development of GREENFIELD Băneasa, the neighborhood's infrastructure is also expanding. To ensure better connectivity and smoother traffic flow, IMPACT Developer & Contractor, the developer of the complex, has signed design and execution contracts for three new access roads to the neighborhood. The investment, worth over 2 million euros, is fully supported by the developer.

The new projects are intended to support the neighborhood's growth rate and improve accessibility for the over 7,000 current residents, as well as for new families choosing to live in GREENFIELD.

Primary access route: Teișani Alley – DN1 – Bucharest Ring Road connection

The first project aims to develop the intersection of Teișani Alley – DN1 Ramp – Bucharest Ring Road, a strategic point for the entire area. For the implementation of the solution, IMPACT purchased a 1,000 sqm plot of land, dedicated exclusively to this work. The new connection will contribute to traffic flow and reduce travel time for the neighborhood's residents.

Second access road: connection between Teișani Alley and Odăi Road

The second access road will connect Teișani Alley to Odăi Road, in the vicinity of the Viaduct Bridge, on land owned by the developer. The project includes crossing the railway and automating the crossing, complex works intended to ensure increased safety and efficiency for all road users.

Third access route: Platanilor Boulevard – Teișani Alley intersection

The third investment involves the arrangement of the intersection of Platanilor Boulevard – Teișani Alley, with the role of facilitating traffic flow and easing the exit of the neighborhood's residents via Platanilor Boulevard.

Continuous investments for modern infrastructure

The three new access roads are added to the over 18 kilometers of roads already built in GREENFIELD, as well as constant investments in utilities, educational, commercial, and recreational infrastructure.

A recent example is the road Platanilor Boulevard Extension, completed last year. With two lanes per direction, sidewalks, and a median green space, this artery facilitates access for all residents to Greenfield Plaza, the Wellness Club, and to the public school and kindergarten currently under development.
