OFFICIAL REGULATIONS OF THE “WIN WITH IMPACT” RAFFLE”

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES

Tombola“Winning with Impact”is organized by IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A.. headquartered in Bucharest municipality, Sector 1, Drumul Pădurea Mogoșoaia, No. 31-41, postal code 014043, CIF RO1553483 registered at the Trade Register under no. J2018007228408, account RO83BTRL05001202G09191XX opened at Banca Transilvania – Otopeni Branch, represented by General Director, Câmpeanu Richard Dan-Sebastian and Financial Director – Authorized Person, acting jointly with the General Director, Bistriceanu Jean-Claudiu hereinafter referred to in this regulation as “the Organizer”.

Participants in the sweepstakes are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Campaign Rules, as outlined below (hereinafter referred to as the „Official Rules”). Any non-compliance with these conditions may result in the participant's disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of the right to claim prizes.

SECTION 2. PERIOD AND LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE

Tombola“Winning with Impact”takes place during the period March 28 – 30, 2025, on the occasion of the sporting event Greenfield Sports Festival - March 2025 edition, online and the IMPACT courtyard in the Greenfield Plaza parking lot, Forest Road Mogoșoaia, No. 31-41.

The tombola will be organized in accordance with the detailed provisions of this Official Regulation, which will govern the method of participation, the prizes offered, and other essential conditions for the fair and transparent conduct of this activity. Participants must comply with all specific rules and instructions to fall within the terms of the tombola and to avail themselves of the chance to win attractive prizes.

SECTION 3. PARTICIPANTS AND THE RAFFLE MECHANISM

The raffle“Winning with Impact”can participate, organized within the Greenfield Sports Festival, any natural person, who has reached the age of over 18 years, who cumulatively meets the following requirements:

• Registration onlineThe participant must register on the official lottery page, accessible via the link https://subscribe.impactsa.ro completing the necessary information for participation validation (last name, first name, phone, email).
• Newsletter Subscription: The participant subscribes to the Impact newsletter between March 28-30 by checking the corresponding box in the registration form.
• Email confirmationAfter completing the registration, the participant will receive a confirmation email. They will need to access the confirmation link.
• Unique participation codeAfter confirming their enrollment, participants will receive their prize via email, along with a unique participation code. They must present this code at the IMPACT tent to collect their prize. Prizes will be distributed random in a computer algorithm, without manual intervention, ensuring a fair process. The prize is guaranteed, within the maximum number of Sweepstakes prizes, but its type is determined randomly.

As valid entries are made, the Raffle application available at https://subscribe.impactsa.ro/ it will only display the remaining prizes at the time of access. To the extent that the application no longer displays remaining prizes, participants understand that by completing the form and checking the box for newsletter subscription, they will subscribe to Impact marketing communications, but will no longer be able to participate in the raffle, as the prizes will be exhausted.

• Prize pickup: If the participant meets all the above conditions, on March 29 and 30, 2025, they can present themselves in person at the IMPACT tent located within the Greenfield Sports Festival (Greenfield Băneasa Neighborhood, located in Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Drumul Pădurea Mogoșoaia 31-41, in the Greenfield Plaza parking lot), during the event's operating hours, available at https://festivalulsporturilor.ro/greenfield/program/. At the IMPACT lottery, the participant must present the unique code received, and the IMPACT team will verify its authenticity. After the code is validated, the participant will receive the prize won.

The participant can register only once with the same email address or phone number.

The participant cannot request the prize from the raffle.“Winning with Impact”within the Greenfield Sports Festival if:

• They have already used the unique code received and collected the prize.
• The participant holds a valid unique code but does not personally appear at the IMPACT booth on March 29-30, 2025, within the indicated time frame to claim the prize. The participant will forfeit the right to claim the prize later.

The prize cannot be exchanged for another and is not convertible to cash.

The raffle announcement will be made through the Greenfield Sports Festival organizers in the participation kit and via email to all event participants. Additionally, QR codes will be displayed throughout the event that can be scanned to access the registration link.

SECTION 4. PRIZE

Lottery participants“Winning with Impact”held during the period March 28 – 30, 2025, at the IMPACT court in the Greenfield Plaza parking lot, Drumul Pădurea Mogoșoaia, No. 31-41, I can randomly win one of the following products:

The total value of prizes offered in the „Win with Impact” raffle, held from March 27-30, 2025, is 1,709 euros + VAT. 

SECTION 5. FEES AND TAXES  

The income tax on prizes is borne by the Organizer and then remitted to the state budget.   

SECTION 6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 

In order to participate in the campaign, Impact Developer & Contractor will process your first name, last name, phone number, and email address. 

The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 

If the processing of personal data by a processor becomes necessary, Impact Developer & Contractor will conclude a contract with them in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. 

Impact will process personal data for the purpose of filing declarations with ANAF. 

In the event the Organizer is obliged to calculate, withhold, and remit the tax due for income obtained by the winners, in accordance with Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, it will also process personal data for this purpose. 

All Campaign Participants are guaranteed rights in accordanceance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, as follows: 

• the right of access, by which Participants can request, free of charge, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Participants can also request a copy of the data processed by the Organizer. Requests must include relevant information to identify the Participants in the database. 

• the right to rectification, which Participants may exercise by submitting a request to amend the information that the Organizer already possesses about the Participants. Participants may submit such a request when they notice that their data is incomplete or inaccurate. 

• the right to restrict processing, which may be exercised when the accuracy of data is contested, the processing is considered unlawful, or objection is made to the erasure of data. Following the exercise of this right, the Organizer may continue to store the data, with other processing operations being possible only with the Participants' consent, except in cases expressly provided for by law. 

• the right to portability, which I can exercise only for cases where the processing is based on the Participant's consent or contract and only if the data is processed by automated means. If the conditions are met, they can submit a data portability request to the operator of their choice. 

• the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes. The participant may exercise this right at any time, and the Organizer will ensure that their data will no longer be processed for this purpose. However, there is a possibility that a reasonable time frame (48 hours) may be required to register and resolve the request, during which you may still receive marketing information. 

• the right to erasure, under which the Organizer is obliged to erase the personal data they process about the Participant. This right is not an absolute one, being applicable only in certain situations expressly provided for by law. When an erasure request is made, Participants are asked to consider that data erasure can be a complex process. 

• if you are not satisfied with how your requests have been resolved, you can always contact the Supervisory Authority www.dataprotection.ro. 

Personal data collected within this Campaign will not be disclosed to third parties, except where the Organizer is required to comply with obligations imposed by current legislation. 

The organizers undertake to keep the participants' personal data confidential. Participants agree that their personal data may be used by the organizers for future promotional activities, without further obligation or payment. 

SECTION 7. FINAL PROVISIONS 

By participating in this raffle, participants declare that they agree to abide by and comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of these Regulations. 

The organizers reserve the right to modify these regulations during the lottery, without prior notice. 

The organizers reserve the right to definitively exclude any participant from the lottery who, through fraudulent behavior, affects its proper conduct. 

Any disagreements arising between the Campaign Organizers and the raffle participants will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
