OFFICIAL RULES “Magic of Childhood”

GREENFIELD – June 2020

IMPACT DEVELOPER
& CONTRACTOR S.A., having its registered office at Willbrook Platinum Business &
Convention Center, Building A, 1st Floor, 172 Bucharest-Ploiesti Road -
176, Bucharest, Sector 1, CIF RO 1553483, registered at the Trade Register Office
Trade under no. J40/7228/2018, legally represented by Mr. Sorin Apostol –
Director General and Mr. Giani Kacic – Finance Director, appointed in the present
regulation “The Organizer” decided to organize a raffle with prizes, after
the following regulation:

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES

SECTION 2. PARTICIPANTS

All residents can participate in this campaign.

The total gross value of the prizes is 1000 lei.

SECTION 5. FEES AND TAXES

Tax on lottery winnings is borne by
