OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS – „Home, Sweet Home October 2019”

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A., located at  Sos. Bucuresti – Ploiesti, No. 172 – 176 Bucharest, Sector 1, Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, Building A, Floor , VAT ID RO 1553483 registered at the Trade Register under no. J40/7228/2018, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer,” has decided to organize a campaign starting from October 7, 2019, during which, upon contracting any 2-room apartment + parking package or 2-room apartment + parking + courtyard package in Greenfield until December 31, 2019, an IKEA Gift Card loaded with the nominal amount of 21,450 lei (VAT included) will be granted, according to the following regulations: 

Cards will be awarded while supplies last for two-room apartments plus parking and for two-room apartments plus parking plus garden.

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES 

The campaign is organized by: 

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A., located at  Sos. Bucuresti – Ploiesti, No. 172 – 176 Bucharest, Sector 1, Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, Building A, Floor , Tax ID RO 1553483 registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7228/2018.

Participants in the promotion are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Campaign Regulations, as mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as the „Official Regulations”).

The rules of participation/execution are available free of charge to any applicant, posted on the website apartments.greenfieldresidence.ro

SECTION 2. PARTICIPANTS

Any individual over 18 years of age or legal entity, registered in Romania, who cumulatively meets the following requirements, can participate in this campaign:

• Request Promo Code for https://apartamente.greenfieldresidence.ro/ you will receive the promotion code via email;

• Present the code received in the email at the sales office. The campaign code is unique and can be used only once. Multiple promotional codes cannot be combined for the same apartment.; 

• conclude a reservation agreement or a bilateral sales agreement or a notarized sales contract during the period 07.10.2019 – 31.12.2019, for any of the packages: 2-room apartment + parking or 2-room apartment + parking + yard available in the Greenfield residential complex, regardless of the payment method, whether financed or with own funds,

• people who during the campaign period 07.10.2019 – 31.12.2019 A reservation agreement or a bilateral promise of sale and purchase must conclude the deed of sale in authentic form by March 31, 2020, at the latest. 

• Until all payment obligations have been fulfilled according to the contracts concluded with Impact Developer & Contractor SA (reservation agreement, or a bilateral promise of sale and purchase, or a notarized sale agreement). 

An individual participant is identified by their personal data: name, phone number, email, and promotional code. If an individual purchases multiple apartments and meets all the aforementioned conditions, they are considered multiple participants.

A legal entity participant is identified by the data of its legal representative or their authorized representative, specifically by: name, phone number, email, and promotional code. If a legal entity purchases multiple apartments and meets all the aforementioned conditions, it is considered to have multiple participants. 

Contracts entered into (reservation agreement or a bilateral promise of sale-purchase or a notarial deed of sale) cannot be assigned. Gift cards will not be given to individuals who signed a reservation or a bilateral promise of sale-purchase that was terminated after October 1, 2019, prior to the start of the campaign. 

SECTION 3. CAMPAIGN DURATION AND LOCATION

The campaign takes place between 07.10.2019 – 31.12.2019, in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules.

The campaign is organized and will take place online on the website https://apartamente.greenfieldresidence.ro at the headquarters of Impact Developer & Contractor S.A., located at Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, Building A, 1st Floor, Bucharest-Ploiesti Road, No. 172-176 Bucharest, Sector 1.

 SECTION 4. DESCRIPTION OF THE CAMPAIGN AND VALUE OF THE PROMOTION

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as Impact) offers an IKEA Gift Card upon the signing of a reservation agreement, bilateral promise of sale and purchase agreement, or a notarized sale agreement, for any package consisting of a 2-room apartment + parking space or a 2-room apartment + parking space + yard. din Greenfield, pana la data de 31 decembrie 2019, oricui indeplineste conditiile amintite la Sectiunea 2.

The IKEA Gift Card, loaded with a nominal amount of 21,450 RON (VAT included), in physical form, will be handed over to the Client after the signing of the authentic sales contract, along with the apartment's handover. The IKEA Gift Card loaded with a nominal amount of 21,450 RON (VAT included) can be used for the complete furnishing of the purchased apartment. The gift card can only be used for the purchase of products from the IKEA store. It cannot be used for purchasing products from the IKEA Restaurant, IKEA Bistro, or the Swedish Food Market. The amount on the card cannot be exchanged for other payment methods and cannot be transferred to other IKEA cards. The card is valid for 3 years from the last top-up. The IKEA Gift Card can be used in conjunction with other payment methods accepted in IKEA stores in Bucharest. The available amount on the IKEA gift card can be checked at any of the cash registers in the store. The gift card cannot be returned. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion simultaneously running by the Organizer for the same apartment. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined for the same apartment. 

SECTION 5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The organizers undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the Participants' personal data. The Participants' personal data is collected based on the consent expressed by the Participant by registering on the website https://apartamente.greenfieldresidence.ro/. The purpose of processing personal data within the context of this Campaign is to allow participation for the purpose of granting an advantage as described in this document, once Participants express their willingness to participate in a viewing at the Greenfield Residence complex with the intention of purchasing an apartment. Should Participants wish to enter into a sales agreement or a preliminary contract, the categories of personal data that will be subsequently collected will be based on the necessary steps for contract conclusion.

Participants may agree to their personal data being used by the Organizers for future promotional activities, without further obligation or payment. Each participant has the right to object at any time, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, using the unsubscribe link present in any commercial communication or by email. dpo@impactsa.ro.

Consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is expressed by ticking the corresponding box within the Personal Data Information Note.

The data concerning the winners will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for a period of 10 years, their winnings representing an advantage that the Organizer must be able to justify from a tax perspective.

Participants have the right to request, by written request to dpo@impactsa.ro addressed to the Organizers, the deletion or updating of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Law 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector.

All participants in the competition are guaranteed rights in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, as follows:

– the right of access, based on which participants can request, free of charge, confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Participants can also request a copy of the data processed by the Organizer. Requests must include relevant information to identify participants in the database. 

– the right to rectification, which participants can exercise by submitting a request to modify the information the Organizer already possesses about the Participants. Participants may submit such a request when they notice that their data is incomplete or inaccurate;

– The right to restrict processing, which can be exercised when the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is considered unlawful, or there is an objection to the erasure of the data. Following the exercise of this right, the Organizer may continue to store the data; other processing operations may only be carried out with the consent of the participants, except in cases expressly provided by law;

– the right to portability, which I can exercise only in cases where the processing is based on the participant's consent or contract, and only if the data is processed by automated means. If the conditions are met, they can submit a data portability request to the operator of their choice;

– the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes. Participants may exercise this right at any time, and the Organizer will guarantee that their data will no longer be processed for this purpose. However, there is a possibility that a reasonable timeframe (48 hours) may be required to register and process the request, during which you may still receive marketing information;

– the right to erasure, under which the Organizer is obligated to delete the personal data it processes about the participant. This right is not absolute and only applies in certain situations expressly provided for by law. When a deletion request is made, Participants are asked to take into account that data deletion can be a complex process.

– If you are not satisfied with the way your requests have been handled, you can contact the Supervisory Authority at any time. The authority is located at B-dul G-ral. In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, the Organizers are obliged to administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the Participant. 

Personal data collected within this Campaign will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the Organizer is required to comply with obligations imposed by current legislation. 

SECTION 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

By participating in this campaign, participants declare that they agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of these Regulations.

The organizers reserve the right to modify these regulations during the campaign period, without prior notice.

The organizers reserve the right to permanently exclude any Participant in the Campaign who, through fraudulent behavior, disrupts the proper conduct of the Campaign.

Any misunderstandings arising between the Campaign Organizers and the campaign participants will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
