OFFICIAL REGULATIONS GREENFIELD SUMMER SALES – GIFT VOUCHER CAMPAIGN„

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. headquartered in Bucharest Municipality, Sector 1, Drumul Padurea Mogosoaia, No. 31-41, postal code 014043, VAT ID RO1553483 registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7228/2018, account RO83BTRL05001202G09191XX opened at Banca Transilvania – Otopeni Branch, represented by General Director, Câmpeanu Richard Dan-Sebastian and Financial Director – Authorized Person, acting jointly with the General Director, Bistriceanu Jean-Claudiu, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” in this regulation.” 

He/She decided to organize a campaign starting from the date of June 10, 2024, during which Organizer Receive a voucher for furniture purchases from the organizer's partners (Annex 1), upon contracting any package of apartment plus parking or apartment plus parking plus courtyard in GREENFIELD Baneasa, by July 31, 2024., according to the following regulation:  

The maximum number of vouchers is 20 (which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis), divided as follows: 

• 2-room studio – 15 vouchers worth 2,000 Euros (VAT included)
• 3 Rooms - 5 Vouchers worth €3,000 (VAT included)

No more than one voucher can be granted per contracted apartment and parking space package. 

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES  

The campaign is organized by:  

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A.. with headquarters in Bucharest municipality, Sector 1, Drumul Padurea Mogosoaia, No. 31-41, postal code 014043, CIF RO1553483 registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7228/2018, account RO83BTRL05001202G09191XX opened at Banca Transilvania – Otopeni Branch. 

 Participants in the promotion are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Campaign Regulations, as mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as the „Official Regulations”). 

The rules of participation/execution are available free of charge to any applicant, posted on the website https://www.greenfieldresidence.ro/baneasa/regulament/ . 

 SECTION 2. PARTICIPANTS 

Any individual over 18 years of age or legal entity registered in Romania that cumulatively meets the following requirements can participate in this campaign: 

• conclude a reservation agreement or a bilateral promise of sale/purchase in the period 10.06.2024 – 31.07.2024, for any of the apartment plus parking or apartment plus parking plus yard packages available in the Greenfield residential complex, regardless of the payment method, whether financed or with own funds, 

• people who during the campaign period 10.06.2024 – 31.07.2024 Those who have entered into a reservation agreement or a bilateral sale and purchase promise must conclude the sale contract in authentic form no later than December 31, 2024.  

• Until all payment obligations have been fulfilled according to the contracts concluded with Impact Developer & Contractor SA (reservation agreement, or a bilateral promise of sale and purchase, or a notarized sale agreement).  

An individual participant is identified by their personal data: name, phone number, and email. If an individual purchases multiple apartments and meets all the mentioned conditions, it is considered that there are multiple participants. 

A legal entity participant is identified by the data of its legal representative or their authorized proxy, specifically by: name, phone number, and email. If a legal entity purchases multiple apartments and meets all the aforementioned conditions, it is considered to have multiple participants.  

Contracts concluded (reservation agreement or bilateral sales agreement) cannot be assigned; the penalty is the loss of the parties' right to receive the voucher.  

SECTION 3. CAMPAIGN DURATION AND LOCATION 

The campaign takes place between 10.06.2024 – 31.12.2024 in accordance with the provisions of these Official Regulations. 

The campaign is organized and takes place at the premises of Impact Developer & Contractor S.A. company, located at Bucharest, Sector 1, Drumul Padurea Mogosoaia, No. 31-41, postal code 014043, during the period 10.06.2024 – 31.12.2024.  

SECTION 4. DESCRIPTION OF THE CAMPAIGN AND VALUE OF THE PROMOTION 

IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as Impact) offers a furniture voucher upon the conclusion of a reservation agreement or a bilateral sales and purchase agreement for any apartment package plus parking, or apartment package plus parking plus courtyard. din GREENFIELD Baneasa, until the date of 31.07.2024, to anyone who meets the conditions mentioned in Section 2. 

• The voucher, in physical form, will be handed over to the Client upon signing the authentic sales contract, along with the handover of the apartment. 

• The voucher can be used for furnishing the purchased apartment.  

• The voucher can only be used for the purchase of custom-made furniture from the organizer's partners (see Annex 1), for example: kitchen furniture, wardrobes, chests of drawers, etc. The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of decorations, appliances, accessories, or discounted furniture. 

• The voucher value cannot be exchanged for other payment methods and is non-transferable.  

• The voucher is valid until March 31, 2025. Furniture purchases using the voucher must be made within a maximum of 60 days from the signing of the final real estate sale-purchase agreement. 

• The voucher can be used in conjunction with other accepted payment methods at partner stores. 

• The voucher is non-refundable 

• The voucher can be used for a single transaction, with a single supplier, and cannot be split among multiple transactions. 

• A lost or stolen voucher cannot be replaced. 

This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offer, discount, or promotion running concurrently by the Organizer for the same apartment. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for the same apartment.  

The value of the vouchers will be taxed according to the regulations of the Fiscal Code in force at the time the voucher is granted. 

SECTION 5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 

In order to participate in the campaign, Impact Developer & Contractor will process your first name, last name, phone number, and email address. 

The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 

In the event personal data processing by a processor becomes necessary, Impact Developer & Contractor will enter into a contract with them in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. 

Impact will process personal data for the purpose of submitting declarations to ANAF. 

In the event that the Organizer is obliged to calculate, withhold, and pay the tax due for the income obtained by the winners in accordance with Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, it will also process personal data for this purpose.  

All Campaign Participants are guaranteed rights in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, as follows: 

– the right of access, under which Participants may request confirmation, free of charge, as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Participants may also request a copy of the data processed by the Organizer. Requests must contain information relevant to identifying Participants in the database.  

– the right to rectification, which Participants may exercise by submitting a request to amend the information the Organizer already has about them. Participants may make such a request when they notice their data is incomplete or inaccurate; 

– the right to restrict processing, which may be exercised when the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is considered unlawful, or you object to the erasure of the data. Following the exercise of this right, the Organizer may continue to store the data, with other processing operations being possible only with the Participants' consent, except in cases expressly provided for by law; 

– the right to portability, which I can only exercise in cases where the processing is based on the Participant's consent or contract, and only if the data is processed by automated means. If the conditions are met, they can submit a data portability request to the operator of their choice.; 

– the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes. The participant may exercise this right at any time, and the Organizer will ensure that their data will no longer be processed for this purpose. However, there is a possibility that a reasonable timeframe (48 hours) may be required to register and resolve the request, during which you may still receive marketing information; 

– the right to erasure, under which the Organizer is obligated to delete the personal data it processes about the Participant. This right is not absolute and is only applicable in certain situations expressly provided by law. When a deletion request is made, Participants are asked to keep in mind that data deletion can be a complex process. 

– In case you are not satisfied with how your requests were handled, you can always contact the Supervisory Authority at www.dataprotection.ro.  

Personal data collected within this Campaign will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the Organizer is required to comply with obligations imposed by current legislation. 

The organizers undertake to keep the personal data of the Participants confidential. Participants agree that their personal data may be used by the Organizers for future promotional activities, without any further obligations or payments. 

SECTION 6. FINAL PROVISIONS 

By participating in this campaign, participants declare that they agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of these Regulations. 

The organizers reserve the right to modify these regulations during the campaign period, without prior notice. 

The organizers reserve the right to permanently exclude any Participant in the Campaign who, through fraudulent behavior, disrupts the proper conduct of the Campaign. 

Any misunderstandings that arise between the Campaign Organizers and campaign participants will be resolved amicably or, if that is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
