Construction journal: we've reached the top floor!
Back to blogThe first blocks in New GREENFIELD they have been fully erected, up to the 10th floor, and even if they are not completely finished, the 2 buildings with panoramic views, totaling 145 one, two, and three-room apartments, can already welcome their first visitors!
Equipped appropriately to comply with the safety conditions specific to a construction site, you can directly verify the quality of the construction. You will be able to see firsthand that the buildings' load-bearing structures are designed and built to provide maximum safety and durability. IMPACT, GREENFIELD Băneasa developer paid special attention to the durability and sustainability of the solutions used, opting for a proportion of 1/3 concrete, 1/3 Porotherm brick, and 1/3 glass surface for these constructions. The concrete class used is superior, with increased compressive strength, and 130 kg of steel were used for each cubic meter of concrete. The buildings thus benefit from increased stability, as well as the elasticity so necessary in case of earthquakes.
The partition walls between apartments are made of concrete and ceramic blocks, 30 cm thick, and finished with dry plasterboard, which is far superior to wet plaster. This ensures high-quality sound and thermal insulation. Thus, you save money when it comes to heating your home and have the certainty that you won't disturb or be disturbed by your neighbors' noise.
The vertical structure of the blocks is designed to meet the modern need for living in open, clear interior spaces, without visible beams or columns, which means you can furnish and arrange the apartment without restrictions, exactly as you wish.
At this moment, with the structural frame of the 2 buildings fully completed, work is underway on the installations, and in the coming days, the installation of finishing touches will begin on the lower floors.
