IMPACT delivers 732 new apartments in the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood

IMPACT Developer & Contractor (stock symbol IMP), the first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, marks an important milestone in the development of the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood by handing over 732 apartments from the fourth development phase. The new homes are ready to welcome their future owners, and the first residents can already move in, becoming part of a continuously growing community in northern Bucharest, Sector 1.

Finished apartments, with a market value of 492.7 million lei, offer a variety of options—from modern studios to 2- and 3-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 62 to 108 square meters, and come equipped with a district heating system and 988 parking spaces. With a focus on sustainability and quality of life, these apartments were designed using eco-friendly materials and technologies for energy efficiency, advanced thermal insulation, and personalized thermal comfort. 43% of the apartments have already been pre-sold and are in the process of being handed over to their new owners.
