Located in the north of the Capital, in Sector 1, the neighborhood is developing in a unique natural setting, surrounded by 900 hectares of forest – Băneasa and Tunari.
A project with history and vision
The development of the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood began in 2007 and stood out from the outset with its sustainable living concept and the integration of modern community facilities. Over the years, the neighborhood has grown in phases, becoming a benchmark for green urban living today.
At the end of June 2025, GREENFIELD Băneasa included:
- 3,418 housing units completed
- 3,051 units sold
- 367 units completed and available for sale
- 435 homes under construction
- 2,632 units in preparation
GREENFIELD Băneasa is the driver of the company's financial performance. In the first half of 2025, IMPACT Developer & Contractor, with 34 years of experience in the real estate market and the first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, reported the sale of 103 homes in GREENFIELD Băneasa, valued at 11.9 million euros. At the group level, total sales reached 153 units, totaling 20.7 million euros, almost double compared to the same period last year.

The completion of the 732 apartments in Phase 4 ensures a stock of completed apartments available for trading, which supports the maintenance of an accelerated sales pace in the following period.
Infrastructure and Community Development
In GREENFIELD Băneasa, there is already complex infrastructure: private parks, extensive green spaces, playgrounds, convenience stores, Greenfield Plaza, Wellness Club, public transport. In 2024, the construction of the „Greenfield Educational Complex”a state kindergarten and school, with estimated completion in 2027.
In 2025, Urban Planning Certificates were obtained for the continuation of access roads and the completion of infrastructure included in the Urban Development Plan, works planned for the period 2025–2026. These investments are intended to improve access and support the further development of the neighborhood.
A neighborhood of the future
Greenfield is designed according to the principles of„15-minute city”which means that all services and amenities necessary for daily life are within a 15-minute walk or bike ride: school, kindergarten, sports centers, shopping areas, and green spaces.
New buildings authorized after 2021 comply with BREEAM Excellent and nZEB standards, being designed for energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Additionally, the neighborhood integrates green mobility solutions: charging stations for electric cars, bicycle racks.
