Additional access routes to Greenfield Residential Complex
Back to blogWith the growth of
number of inhabitants in Greenfield Băneasa residential complex I am growing and the needs
community. And one of the most stringent will become that of access roads in the neighborhood. Aware of this fact, we always come to meet
these needs, eager to work together to make Greenfield Residence a model
lifestyle and cooperation among citizens, real estate developers, and authorities
public.
Therefore, in December
2019, I obtained a favorable opinion from the Bucharest City Hall for
PUZ Teișani Alley – Drumul Pădurea Neagră no. 55-64, for the purpose of expanding the district and
benefits for tenants. Thus, in addition to donating the land for construction
to a kindergarten and a public school, I allocated over 1 million euros
(excluding VAT) for the expansion of public utility networks that will also serve
old zones located in the vicinity of the Greenfield neighborhood.
We will also
I build low CO2 footprint buildings with much larger green spaces compared to
legal norms, and we are analyzing the implementation of smart city solutions and
wellness. In this regard, a community center with functions will be built
commercial, service, and sports. Planned to be ready by 2022 the center
it will have an area of 21,500 sqm and will offer residents services and facilities
recreational complex, including a spa, a semi-Olympic pool, an indoor pool, and
discovered, sports fields, restaurant, supermarket, and bank.
I haven't neglected either
building additional access routes in the vicinity. In this regard, we have
purchased new land areas for their construction, project a
whose total value amounts to 1.5 million Euros. Currently, this
the plots are in the final approval phase of the PUZ documentation, and as a result of
fulfilling urban planning requirements, on these lands will be
built the three additional access routes care, together with Alley
Teișani and Vadul Moldovei, will ensure modern and easy access for everyone
To Greenfield residents, as follows:
– the first of them will be at the intersection of Alley
Teișani with the DN1 flyover and its intersection with the Bucharest Ring Road
DNCB;
–
the second will be located near km 13 of the
DNCB, by the suspension bridge;
–
the third will be located in the downtown area
Greenfield Plaza commercial area, more precisely near kilometer 14 of the DNCB;
Once completed, all
the three access roads will be transferred to public domain free of charge. We will
continues to actively engage and meet needs in the future
to our clients, convinced that only together can we create a beautiful
residential community concerned not only with its own needs, but also with those of
the others and, especially, of the surrounding nature.
