Reducing CO2 emissions

Clean air, a better life!

A firm goal of the company is to find standardized construction solutions for cost efficiency and high energy performance that result in reduced carbon footprint.

It is an assumption of the future because IMPACT builds today, the communities of tomorrow.

Greenfield Copou a green project

Key aspects of development are: the widespread use of renewable energy, high energy-efficient buildings and systems, green roofs and facades, efficient and sustainable water management, waste management, low-emission transportation solutions, smart home solutions and a sustainable and modern city.

We rely on renewable energy

The energy performance of the buildings will be high taking into consideration that at least 30% of the energy will be covered from renewable sources. In case of Greenfield Copou, these sources are given by the photovoltaic panels mounted on the terraces of the buildings.

The energy thus produced will cover the needs for the common areas, which will translate into reduced administration costs.

High energy efficiency constructions and systems

In order to reduce the carbon footprint of the buildings and to offer more comfort to the residents, the thermal insulation will be an efficient one, and the PVC exterior carpentry with at least 5 chambers and trypan glass will ensure a higher heat transfer coefficient. This means that during the winter a comfortable temperature is maintained inside, and during the summer the heat from outside does not penetrate. Beyond the thermal comfort of the residents, this type of thermal insulation contributes to the protection of the environment, because the carbon dioxide emissions are significantly reduced.

CSR policies in communities developed by IMPACT

In all projects developed by IMPACT, regardless of size or location, social responsibility, active involvement in community life are strategies that have proven to be winners. The events organized with and for the community, with a long-term impact, brought joy and fulfillment. We planted thousands of trees, we promoted sports and a healthy lifestyle, we got involved in humanitarian campaigns. IMPACT donated the land for the construction of a kindergarten to the local authorities, in Greenfield Băneasa.
