Bucharest, Sector 1, inside the triangle formed by the streets Drumul Pădurea Pustnicu – parallel to Pădurea Băneasa, Vadul Moldovei – parallel to Pădurea Tunari, and Aleea Teișani – to the north, parallel to the Ring Road.

Access

For those who love weekend getaways, GREENFIELD Băneasa is the ideal location. Without having to cross the entire city, you can immediately reach any of the three highways, thanks to immediate access to the Ring Road.
Additionally, Henri Coandă Airport is 10 minutes away, so in Greenfield you are an hour closer to any corner of the world.

Transportation

In the neighborhood, there is a modern STB terminal that provides residents with access to public transportation in the Municipality of Bucharest. Line 203 connects Greenfield to the Piața Victoriei metro station.
In the near future, according to publicly available information on the Metrorex website, Metro Line 6 will connect the existing network with Otopeni Airport. Metro stations will be located near the GREENFIELD Băneasa residential complex, opposite Băneasa Shopping City, the US Embassy, the French High School, and the Otopeni bridge, respectively.
Construction has already begun. The estimated date for the metro line to be operational is the end of 2027. This new line will bring significant benefits to our community, facilitating quick access to important areas of the city.
