The Băneasa area in the north of Bucharest has become one of the most dynamic development poles for the commercial real estate sector in the country.

Quick access to the city center and out of the city, together with the proximity to a forest with an impressive surface area, have in time represented major points of attraction for a city in constant development.

Development Phases

Developed on more than 60 hectares of land and embraced by 900 hectares of forest, the GREENFIELD Băneasa residential complex has exceptional urban planning indicators (CUT < 1), more than 180,000 sqm of green spaces within the neighborhood, reduced noise levels and superior air quality.

Phase 1

2007 – 2010 / 2020 - 2022

The first phase of the GREENFIELD project, developed between 2007 and 2010 and sold out 100%, extends over an area of 10 hectares and includes 680 apartments and villas. Over 1,700 “different Bucharesters” already live here. In March 2020 we launched Panoramic Apartments, the new towers with panoramic views of the forest and the entire northern area of the city, completing the first phase of development.

Phase 2

2014 - 2016 / 2020 - 2021

The second phase of the project, the Salcâmilor Residential Complex, developed during 2014–2016 and 2020–2021 (building D40), extends over an area of 7 hectares and includes 36 buildings with 965 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments. 96% of the total homes available here have already been contracted, and the Salcâmilor Residential Complex currently has over 2,300 residents.

Phase 3

2016 - 2019

The third phase, the Platanilor Residential Complex, developed during 2016–2019, on an area of 10 hectares, includes 944 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments in 39 buildings. 99% of the total homes available here have already been contracted, and the Platanilor Residential Complex currently has 2,000 residents.

PLAZA

2020 - 2022

The largest community center dedicated to a residential complex brings a new standard of comfort and efficiency, by including all the functions needed by a community of over 6,000 residents. The community center covers an area of 32,071 sqm.

Phase 4

2020 - 2024

The fourth phase, the Teilor Residential Complex, with development during 2020–2024, includes 1,167 one-, two- and three-room apartments in 14 buildings.

Next Phases

2023 - 2031

The next phases, with development during 2023–2031, will include 2,554 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments.
