Designation of the winner
On March 29, 2024, the winner of the public procurement procedure for construction works for the educational center in the Greenfield neighborhood was designated.
The Greenfield Educational Center is included in the budget for 2024.
We are delighted to inform you that, during the Sector 1 Local Council meeting on February 12, 2024, the budget for the year 2024 was voted.. This includes a particularly important project for our community: the construction of the Greenfield educational complex.
This will consist of a state-run school and kindergarten, traffic horses, green spaces, sports fields, and playgrounds, all designed by IMPACT, the developer of the GREENFIELD residential complex, to provide a modern and healthy educational environment for our children. A parking area will also be arranged for easy accessibility.
The impact of this project is significant: with a budgeted value of 107 million lei, the educational complex will transform a 9,620 sq m plot of land, donated to the municipality in May 2020 by IMPACT, into a vibrant, close-to-home space. Furthermore, the donation also included the project, all the technical documentation for the building permit, representing a valuable contribution of approximately 1.75 million euros, offered by IMPACT free of charge.
This project not only improves the educational infrastructure in Sector 1, but also marks an important step towards sustainable development and improving the quality of life for all residents of GREENFIELD Băneasa.
Thank you for your continued support and we are excited to see this project come to fruition for the good of our community!
We have good news for our community: we've started work on a new access road in the neighborhood GREENFIELD Băneasa, after the building permit was issued by the Sector 1 City Hall. It is an investment of 2.5 million euros, fully supported by IMPACT Developer & Contractor, which will ease traffic in the Băneasa area and ensure direct access to the future M6 metro line.
A connecting road with the capital's northern infrastructure
The new road connects Teișani Alley with the Bucharest Ring Road (DNCB) in the vicinity of the Cable-Stayed Bridge, crossing railway line 301Bb Mogoșoaia – R. Pasărea. The works are scheduled to be completed in 6 months.
„Starting construction on the new access road for Greenfield Băneasa is a concrete step in improving the neighborhood's connectivity and achieving a more balanced distribution of traffic flow in the Băneasa area. The new road is not just another entrance or exit to Greenfield, but a bypass connecting the neighborhood to the major infrastructure of northern Bucharest. We are pleased to have the support of local authorities in this endeavor, for the benefit of thousands of residents. We are confident that by the end of the year, the Greenfield community will be able to use this new road.”
Dan Sebastian Câmpeanu, CEO IMPACT Developer & Contractor
In short, about the project
- Investment 2.5 million euros, fully supported by IMPACT;
- Work duration: 6 months after the start of work, with completion estimated by the end of the year;
- Route Aleea Teișani – DNCB ramp – directly across from the Viaduct Bridge, over railway line 301Bb Mogoșoaia – R. Pasărea;
- Major benefit: direct access to the future M6 metro line and smoother traffic in the Băneasa area.
Complex works, on our land and at our expense
The construction of the new access road involves complex works, including the automation of the railway crossing and the arrangement of dedicated turning lanes, as well as storage areas at the intersection with Horia, Cloșca, and Crișan streets. The land where the road will be built is owned by IMPACT, and the costs for design, approval, and execution are fully covered by us.
An investment that continues a constant effort for mobility
The new access route complements the infrastructure we have already developed in Greenfield Băneasa to support residents' mobility. In 2024, we invested approximately 1 million euros on a new road connecting Pădurea Pustnicu Road and Platanilor Boulevard. With a surface area of 3,000 square meters, two lanes in each direction, and sidewalks, this artery facilitates access to GREENFIELD Plaza, to Wellness Club and at the public school and kindergarten under construction.
We remain committed to developing an infrastructure that meets the real needs of the residents of northern Bucharest. Step by step, we are building a better connected, more accessible, and more livable neighborhood.

We have a new story to tell and a narrator who is as unexpected as they are charming. Starting June 18th, we have launched the campaign „Scarlet, good life in Greenfield”, a new communication direction through which we invite you to discover our neighborhood as it is seen from the inside, with warmth and authenticity.
Until now, we've talked about Greenfield mostly through concrete things: apartments, amenities, prices. This time, we wanted to take a step back and show something harder to quantify, but just as important: what everyday life feels like in a neighborhood like ours. And for that, we needed someone to live it and tell us about it.
Who is Scarlet
Scarlet is a cat who has become the resident with personality of the Greenfield neighborhood. Attentive, curious, and with high standards, she observes everything: the quiet mornings, the children playing safely, the neighbors taking time for a friendly chat, the green alleys she strolls through unhurriedly. In her characteristic tone, Scarlet shows us Greenfield as a vibrant, safe, peaceful place, friendly to families, children, and, of course, pets.
Why a story, and not an advertisement
I chose this approach because a character with their own voice communicates something that a regular commercial message cannot: credibility and emotion. People ignore ads, but they remember a good story. Scarlet doesn't sell apartments, but rather lets us glimpse the life behind them, exactly as they see it. A resident who loves their neighborhood.
Five episodes, five faces of the neighborhood.
The campaign is structured as a five-episode mini-series, each dedicated to one pillar of life in Greenfield. Here's what Scarlet has in store for you:
Episode 1, The neighborhood universe and family life. The first episode, already available, opens the door for you to Greenfield community and to the warm rhythm of family life here.
Episode 2, Closeness to nature. About the green spaces, tranquility, and clean air near Băneasa Forest, a rare luxury on the edge of a large city.
Episode 3, Greenfield Wellness Club. The place where movement, relaxation, and self-care are part of residents' daily routine.
Episode 4, Quality of housing and finishes. Attention to detail, seen through Scarlet's discerning eyes, for whom nothing goes unnoticed.
Episode 5, The 15-Minute City Concept. Everything you need, from shopping to school and services, just a few steps from home.
Watch the series all summer long
Scarlet will continue to tell us the story of the neighborhood throughout the summer, episode by episode. You can follow her on our channels Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. We invite you to subscribe, leave us a comment, and discover with Scarlet what it truly means good living in Greenfield.

We have news that brings us joy and motivation: GREENFIELD Băneasa, the residential project developed by IMPACT Developer & Contractor, has been named the winner of the award „Best Affordable Housing Project” within the RED Global Awards, one of the most prestigious international platforms dedicated to the real estate industry. The largest residential complex in northern Bucharest, located near Băneasa Forest, was recognized for its high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective housing.
International recognition, for the first time in Romania
The RED Global Awards took place in Bucharest on June 17th, in partnership with Forbes Romania, marking the first edition in our country of a competition traditionally organized in international centers such as New York and Miami. Considered a barometer of future directions in the real estate industry, the competition represents a symbol of recognition at the highest level.
The distinction came following a rigorous evaluation by an independent professional jury, composed of industry leaders, including Selman Yalcin, the founder of the RED Awards.
Affordable housing
GREENFIELD Băneasa demonstrates that affordable housing can be developed at scale without compromising quality of life, sustainability, or long-term value. The complex follows the principles 15-minute city, bringing together housing, education, commercial spaces, wellbeing facilities, green areas, and everyday services within an integrated community designed to reduce long commutes and support a healthier lifestyle.
Among the elements that define the neighborhood are:
- two private parks and a generous urban layout with wide, pedestrian-friendly boulevards and sidewalks;
- The Greenfield Plaza shopping center and an ever-widening range of services for everyday life;
- connectivity via bus line 203 and over 8,000 parking spaces planned upon completion.
recently completed buildings and future residential phases are designed in accordance with principles BREEAM Excellent, with a focus on energy efficiency, resident well-being, low-environmental-impact mobility, and responsible material selection.
A living ecosystem where people live and work
One of the defining features of GREENFIELD Băneasa is its operation as a continuously developing local ecosystem. IMPACT's headquarters are located within the community itself, and nearly a third of the company's employees already live in the neighborhood, which concretely brings housing closer to the workplace. At the same time, Greenfield Plaza, Wellness Club by Greenfield, and the growing number of commercial operators are generating jobs in the vicinity and supporting flexible lifestyles, including remote work and entrepreneurship.
A community with social relevance
The neighborhood also has strong social relevance: approximately 21% among residents active in the health, education, public administration, and other key public service sectors. In addition, 70 apartments they were sold to public authorities for doctors and medical staff, a direct support for the people who keep the city running.
What's next
The award from RED Global Awards confirms a development model we believe in: integrated, sustainable, and accessible communities, built for people. It is a validation that gives us the confidence to take this model further, to other major cities in Romania. We thank our residents, who make GREENFIELD Băneasa a vibrant community every day.
