Built on a 3,744 sqm area, the largest build area with such a function in a Romanian residential compound and dedicated exclusively to its residents, Wellness Club by Greenfield includes fitness and spa areas. Extended on two levels, with both indoor and outdoor functions, this space creates a warm setup that harmoniously combines sports, wellness, and entertainment services to satisfy a wide range of needs.

Greenfield Plaza
Greenfield PLAZA offers a complete shopping experience and a variety of services close to home, meeting as many needs as possible for the GREENFIELD Băneasa community of over 6,700 residents, including a Mega Image supermarket, Inmedio, 5ToGo, a pet shop, beauty salon, cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, dry cleaning, a pharmacy, a children's playground, and car and bicycle washes.
Teișani Park
Located at the entrance to the GREENFIELD Băneasa community center, Teișani Park covers an area of 3,500 sqm and is the second private park developed by IMPACT Developer & Contractor in the compound, following the opening of Platanilor Park, which has an area of 6,000 sqm, in 2018. Both parks, intended exclusively for residents, complement the existing nearby playgrounds, promenades, and green spaces.
School
The school will be able to accommodate two classes of 390 children in 13 classrooms, 5 laboratories (chemistry, biology, physics, computer science, foreign languages), two workshops (music and arts), 1 after-school room, 1 library, a gym with locker rooms, a multifunctional foyer, a speech therapy office, a counseling office, a medical office with an isolation room, a cafeteria area with a food service office, a school store, a covered inner courtyard, an outdoor sports field, a partially covered recreation yard, a maintenance workshop, bicycle parking racks, and various technical and administrative spaces.
Kindergarten
The kindergarten and state school will be built on a 9,620 square meter plot of land donated to the City Hall by Impact Developer & Contractor. Over 1,000 children in District 1, Greenfield, and the surrounding area will benefit from the new facility. Together with the school and kindergarten construction project, the donation is valued at approximately 1.75 million euros.
The kindergarten will be able to accommodate 150 children in 15 classrooms. It will also include a multifunctional room, an event room, a medical office with an isolation room, a food service office, administrative spaces, technical spaces, gardens, and a covered playground.
About the Community Center
Located in the northern part of the neighborhood, right near Băneasa Forest, the Greenfield Community Center covers an impressive area of 32,071 square meters. The development of the community center—the largest in a private residential complex—brings residents of GREENFIELD Băneasa a new standard of comfort by providing all the amenities necessary for a large community: commercial and service areas, a fitness and spa center, a public school and public kindergarten, a promenade and recreational areas, public transportation, a church, and an ISU station. The headquarters of IMPACT, the project’s developer, is also located in the Community Center area. The sales office dedicated to the GREENFIELD Băneasa compound is located on the ground floor of the building.
