Wellness Club by Greenfield

Spanning an impressive 3,744 sqm, the largest ever built in a residential complex in Romania and dedicated exclusively to residents, Wellness Club by Greenfield houses fitness and spa areas. Spread over two levels, with both indoor and outdoor functions, this elegant space creates a warm setting, harmoniously combining sports, relaxation, and wellness services, adapted for a wide range of needs.

Teișani Park

Located at the entrance to the community area of the GREENFIELD Băneasa residential complex, Teișani Park spans an area of 3,500 square meters and is the second private park developed by IMPACT Developer&Contractor in the complex, after opening Platanilor Park in 2018 with an area of 6,000 square meters. Both parks, intended exclusively for residents, complement the existing neighborhood playgrounds, walking paths, and green spaces.

Public school

In the school, two shifts of 390 children each will be able to learn in 13 classrooms, 5 laboratories (chemistry, biology, physics, computer science, foreign languages), two workshops (music and arts), 1 after-school room, 1 library, 1 gym + locker rooms, 1 multifunctional foyer, 1 speech therapy office, 1 pedagogical counseling office, 1 medical office + isolation room, 1 cafeteria area + food service area, 1 school store, 1 covered indoor courtyard, 1 outdoor sports field, 1 partially covered recreation yard, 1 maintenance workshop, bicycle parking racks, various technical and administrative spaces.

The kindergarten and state school will be built on a plot of 9,620 square meters of land that the developer Impact Developer & Contractor donated to the City Hall. Together with the project for the construction of the school and kindergarten, the value donation it amounts to approximately 1.75 million euros.

State kindergarten

The kindergarten will be able to accommodate 150 children in 15 classrooms, plus a multipurpose room, an events hall, a medical office + isolation room, a food preparation area, administrative spaces, technical spaces, gardens, and a covered playground.

About the Community Center

Located in the northern part of the neighborhood, on the edge of Băneasa Forest, the Greenfield Community Center spans an impressive area of 32,071 sqm. The community center, the largest within a residential complex, brings a new standard of comfort to the residents of the GREENFIELD Băneasa complex by including all the necessary functionalities for a large community: commercial and service area, fitness and spa center, state-funded school and kindergarten, promenade and recreation areas, public transport, and a church. Also located in the Community Center area is IMPACT's headquarters, the project's developer. On the ground floor of the building is the dedicated sales office for the GREENFIELD Băneasa complex. Here, you can find a dedicated consultant ready to assist you with information regarding the GREENFIELD living concept, details about the product and apartments, as well as help with financing or furnishing your future home. Due to the high volume of requests and to avoid long waiting times, all viewings are by appointment.

Additional access routes

To ensure better connectivity and smooth traffic flow, IMPACT Developer & Contractor has signed design and execution contracts for three new access roads to the neighborhood. The investment, worth over 2 million euros, is fully supported by the developer.

  • Primary access route: Teișani Alley – DN1 – Bucharest Ring Road connection
  • Second access road: connection between Teișani Alley and Odăi Road
  • Third access route: Platanilor Boulevard – Teișani Alley intersection

The new projects are intended to support the neighborhood's growth rate and improve accessibility for the over 7,000 current residents, as well as for new families choosing to live in GREENFIELD.
