The first phase of the GREENFIELD project, developed between 2007 and 2010 and sold out 100%, extends over an area of 10 hectares and includes 680 apartments and villas. Over 1,700 \u201cdifferent Bucharesters\u201d already live here. In March 2020 we launched Panoramic Apartments, the new towers with panoramic views of the forest and the entire northern area of the city, completing the first phase of development.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

2014 - 2016 \/ 2020 - 2021<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The second phase of the project, the Salc\u00e2milor Residential Complex, developed during 2014\u20132016 and 2020\u20132021 (building D40), extends over an area of 7 hectares and includes 36 buildings with 965 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments. 96% of the total homes available here have already been contracted, and the Salc\u00e2milor Residential Complex currently has over 2,300 residents.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

2016 - 2019<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The third phase, the Platanilor Residential Complex, developed during 2016\u20132019, on an area of 10 hectares, includes 944 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments in 39 buildings. 99% of the total homes available here have already been contracted, and the Platanilor Residential Complex currently has 2,000 residents.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n
