Greenfield Project's Phases

The GREENFIELD project has two components: Greenfield I and Greenfield II, and it is developed in seven phases as follows:

Greenfield I is located in the South-Eastern part of the project and is being developed on 9 hectares of land. It is specifically residential and comprises 680 residential units divided into 5 compounds. Most of the units have already been sold.

Greenfield II is developed on 47.5 ha and it is divided into 7 phases from A to G. Each phase of the project integrates residential units and a mix of office, retail space and other facilities. Thus offering all the facilities the local residents will need. Greenfield II is a project that emphasizes the concept of forest living.

Over 170,000 sqm of built area for office spaces, retail spaces and other facilities such as health care and entertainment.
